高数接口设计工程师

岗位职责：

Will be designing High Speed IO circuits and supporting the definition, specification, system simulation and implementation of Memory IPs. Will be centered around the circuit design of critical high-speed analog and digital blocks, definition of specifications for the high speed data path.  Responsible for using the state of art technology to design and verify analog/Mix signal circuitry used in advanced memory products.

岗位条件：

10年以上工作经验.

Familiar with device physics and basic Nano-meter CMOS process;

Experience in high-speed analog systems;

Experience with analog system modeling and analysis using MATLAB; also, knowledgeable with C/C++, Python and running Debugger;

Familiar with EDA design tools;

Strong background in Communication Theory, and corresponding DSP concepts and techniques in DFE, FEC, SNR, Frequency/Time-Domain analysis (FFT, Matrix Algebra, Fixed-Point);

Knowledgeable in high-frequency design methods and measurements -- S-parameter, TDR, etc;

Background in IBIS-AMI (also, prefer some experience with Verilog/RTL);

Good team player and communication skills;

Good learning competency, self-motivated in a flexible and dynamic environment.
